Thin black ribbon, buttons and clasp available from most sewing and haberdashery shops.
Step By Step Guide
Make sure you cover up surfaces and pre-heat your glue gun as per the manufacturers instructions.
Place a layer of glue on some pre-cut red felt which will fit around your jar.
Stick and hold against the glass. Glue the overlap join to make sure it is secure. Make sure you do not burn yourself with any glue which might come through the felt.
Place the black ribbon through the clasp and glue on to the red felt.
Stick the buttons on the front. Be careful of the hot glue with your fingers.
Bend some pipe cleaners to make the antlers, cutting to the right size and adding smaller pieces.
Fill with sweets and put the lid on.
