We want to make sure that you get a good delivery service for all our products such as the soy candles, reed diffusers, air mists, pillow mists etc.
We reserve the right to change carriers without notice to you, should the need arise. For example, if we feel that the carrier is unable to meet the delivery for any reason, we will move your delivery to an alternative carrier. We will always try to give you advance warning on this, but there may be occasions, where this may not be possible.
Please accept that we are NOT the carrier service, and our high standards of despatch are not always the same with carrier companies.
Please be aware of busy periods for carriers. Times such as Christmas, Bank Holidays and adverse weather conditions do affect carriers.
In most instances, we use Royal Mail. It is your responsibility to tell us of an address that can accept delivery for you, should you not be in. Royal Mail do leave cards and it is up to you to collect your parcels from their collection depots. On occasions customers have not collected from the depot and then the goods get returned to us, with notification that the customer has not collected. Re-delivery of goods will be re-charged to you. If you require a refund, this can be given minus the initial delivery cost.
Despatch dates are given on the product page when ordering. In most circumstances, it is same day despatch (unless mentioned otherwise on the website) provided the order has been received by 12 noon on a working week day (excluding bank holidays). Advanced ordering of an "available soon" product will also give approximate lead times.
There are various delivery options available to you when you order. Please make sure you pick the correct one, as this is incredibly difficult to alter after the order is being processed.
Any free delivery offer/promotion will usually be by Royal Mail 2nd class. This can take 3 working days delivery, longer for Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland.
